Stone Crest Master HOA
The clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and playground are managed by the Stone Crest HOA. Stone Crest includes five neighborhoods: Glynwood, Regency Oaks, Grovehurst, Foxcrest, and Grove Park.

Stone crest pool resurfacing / access card update
ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE READ
The pool resurfacing project is still underway, and we appreciate your continued patience during this process. We anticipate the project being completed in a few weeks and the pool area re-opening by the end of December, contingent on final inspections.
As part of our ongoing system updates, we are also reviewing and updating our access card database. We have found that numerous access cards are not assigned to a specific property address.
To ensure your access card remains active, please provide the following information:
- Your name (last name, first name)
- Your SCM property address
- The access card numbers

WINTER GARDEN FIRE RESCUE ANNUAL SANTA RUN 2025
Santa Claus is Coming to Grove Park! Saturday, December 13
The Winter Garden Fire Rescue annual “SANTA RUN” brings Santa and his sleigh through City of Winter Garden neighborhoods! This moving parade takes place on select nights as Santa -- along with elves of firefighters, police, and City staff-- spread holiday music, treats, and good cheer along the way!
Santa will be in the following areas from 5:45 − 9:00 pm on the following dates:
- Saturday, December 13 − South Winter Garden: Beulah / Windermere Road Corridor
